County to adopt ordinance extending serving hours after Griffith Firm weighs in on issue

Just outside Marfa City Limits, Presidio County officials announced plans to adopt an area-wide ordinance allowing extended serving hours on July 10, 2019, a day after managing attorney Tim Griffith argued that county officials were acting arbitrarily by cherry picking which business could hold a late hours permit.
